Can I use the products if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Our products are safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding as they are 100% natural and do not contain essential oils. Argan Oil is even recommended as it helps to prevent stretch marks and relieves irritation. If you have allergies we recommend you to see a doctor before using any of our products. Always perform a patch test on the upper forearm 24 hours before using the product.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do, International orders may take up to two weeks (Europe) or three (rest of the world). *With COVID-19 some shipping companies are experiencing delays. Occasionally there may be hold-ups at customs resulting in longer shipping times. Please know this is out of our control. We thank you in advance for your patience. Customs fees or taxes may apply. Any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer refunds to clients who do not pay for taxes and customs.

How much does shipping cost?

If you are a Canadian customer you can always enjoy free shipping on orders of 80$ or more, before taxes and after a discount code is applied. For orders less than 80$, we have a flat rate of 8$, whatever the value of the package. For international customers, shipping will be calculated at checkout according to official rates.

Our products are suitable for all skin types however if you have allergies we recommend you to see a doctor before using any of our products.

How long do your products last? What’s the shelf life?

The general shelf life of our products is between 18 to 24 months. We’re a naturally based beauty brand and we encourage our customers to use the products promptly once received. We make sure to maintain a steady supply of the freshest products. Stockpiling is not recommended.

Are your products cruelty-free?

All ELHORA products are cruelty-free to animals. None of them have been tested on animals.

Yes all of our products are Organic certified, Ecocert and USDA Organic.
