Order and Shipping Confirmation

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are usually processed within 1 to 5 business days.

We offer national and international shipping.

Shipping Costs

FREE SHIPPING option is available in Canada with a ground shipping option with a minimum of CAD $80 purchase before taxes and after a discount code is applied. For orders less than 80$, we have a flat rate of 8$, whatever the value of the package. For international customers, shipping will be calculated at checkout according to official rates. Customers can choose to upgrade shipping options and pay the supplement for a faster delivery with other transporters.

International orders may take up to two weeks (Europe) or three (rest of the world).
Occasionally there may be hold-ups at customs resulting in longer shipping times. Please know this is out of our control. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Customs fees or taxes may apply. Any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer refunds to clients who do not pay for taxes and customs.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns.

Please keep in mind that the natural ingredients in our products tend to cause have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).

We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for certain circumstances.

We do not offer refunds to clients who do not pay for taxes and custom.

Damaged items during transport

If you received your order a with a damaged item please send us a request with a picture of the different products. For reasons of fairness to our company, we ask you to send us this request within 7 days of receipt of the package. Any request made after this period can not be taken into account.

Receiving a Refund

We may offer refunds under certain circumstances. Please send us an email with your request and we will do our best to accomodate you.
